Inaugural ADAPT Conference: UK March 15-16

The globally recognised coaching standard for parkour/freerunning, ADAPT, is to hold its first ever International Conference in London on March 15-16th.

The ADAPT Conference – parkour / freerunning’s signature gathering of coaches and instructors – gives coaches, students, fitness enthusiasts, personal trainers, certified professionals and any interested individuals the latest thinking on coaching, teaching and practising the arts of movement from the world’s most inspirational teachers.

With presenters and speakers from all over the world, including the founders and pioneers of the discipline from France and the top coaches from the international scene, you will be exposed to the latest theories, methods and concepts for teaching and practising the arts of displacement; engage in practical sessions giving an insight into unusual and effective training approaches; exchange ideas and knowledge with experienced coaches from many of the top organisations,  get time to socialise with like-minded practitioners and get face-to-face with renowned experts who’ll answer all your parkour or coaching questions.

At this inaugural conference, guest presenters include Sebastien Foucan, Chau Belle, Dan Edwardes, Mikkel Thiesen, Julie Angel and Chris ‘Blane’ Rowat.

Andy is the I.T. manager, principle designer and senior coach of Parkour Generations. With his experience in these fields he is the driving force for our websites, designs, clothing line, social media and branding.
